not do it justice ... I assure you that the photos can not in any way about for a moment how wonderful this cake. 'm Not sure how to define it, is really a cake, but it's so dense, so rich and so rich, I prefer to call it cake.
I found here, and I fell in love instantly, but it's so dark, I failed, even though I tried to capture in the photo even half of what it really is. I have prepared several times, without adding the cheese mixture to lighten a bit, and is very good too solo.Os recommend it.
Ingredients: Dough
Cheese:

-80g-60g white chocolate

flour -1 teaspoon baking powder.

As we prepare:
Beat cheese, sugar and eggs with a whisk until light and fluffy.
the white chocolate in the microwave, in small batches to not burn us, so we incorporate the above mixture along with vanilla extract and join with stirring motion. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
reserve.

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, melt in a saucepan or microwave the chocolate with the margarine and mix well. Integrate it to the mixture.
Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder and add with stirring motion.
In a greased baking pan with margarine are put spoonfuls of mixture and another to finish with both, with the tip of a knife make circles to make waves.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake about 40 minutes. It is a cake moist and wonderfully supports the passage of time, I would say that come up well.
