RICE WITH BAKED COD

The truth is that I always sing this song when I make rice with cod.
is a recipe that I ought not to lose, because this death, and very easy to do.


INGREDIENTS Serves 4
- 400g fresh cod
- 3 garlic
- 1 leek
- half a large red pepper
- 1 handful of green beans round
- a broccoli tree
- paprika
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- Saffron
- salt
- olive oil
- 4 cups of broth fish and anything else
- 2 cups of rice round PREPARATION


In a frying pan or wide, low, fry the garlic and leeks very clean and finely chopped in a little oil.

With just 5 minutes to complete, add the flaked cod and without skin or bones.
