VEGETABLE SALAD


This coleslaw is a very butritivo food and good health.
Cabbage is high in vitamin C, also an antioxidant, so it prevents many types of cancer.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 / 2 col
- 2 large carrots
- 2 blocks Golden
- 2 scallions
- 1 lemon
For the sauce
- 1 yogurt sweetened
- the same as light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper

PREPARATION
Using a mandolin or food processor chop the cabbage into thin strips and leave it in water with a dash of vinegar.
While peel and grate the carrot
