DEVELOPMENT
The first is to make the filling.
Cut all vegetables into julienne strips and minced garlic.
In a large skillet, place two tablespoons of butter over low heat and saute the leek and garlic for 2 minutes (more or less). Add after this time the rest of the vegetables and continue to cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add two tablespoons of flour and stir. Remove from heat and add broth, milk and wine. Put back on fire and cook until thickened (stirring all).
should look like a paste espesita. Finally add salt, pepper and oregano. We have it ready.
Preheat oven to 200 º
Take two sheets of puff pastry. Which we will use for the base should be a little smaller than that used up. When we make a large parallel cuts, leaving 2.5 cm. edge uncut.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, the first layer of puff pastry.
Extend the filling, leaving 1cm cover. for all edges. Painting these edges with beaten egg and place the big puff on top. Close it well and paint with beaten egg.
cook in the oven (on the average over or less) to go up a bit and is golden brown (about 20 to 30 minutes)
And presto!
PD. Retains much heat, so hinqueís Careful tooth not before time!
PD2. Would many other yummy vegetables: eggplant, zucchini, carrots, onions ....
